Terms of use and membership

These terms cover your use of The Selection Table (the site) and its paid membership. The site is made by Sundry Mill [legal check: entity name and ABN]. By using the site you agree to them.

Opinion, not a promise

Our articles and tools are general information and opinion about fantasy sport games. They are not a promise of points, rank or prizes. Team news changes quickly: check official team lists yourself before lockout. Each article shows when it was last checked. Nothing here is betting advice and we do not take or promote bets.

We prepare every article and tool with due care and skill. Fantasy sport is unpredictable, so our picks, rankings and projections are our opinion and we do not promise any points, rank, prize or other result.

Independent

The Selection Table is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by News Corp Australia, SuperCoach, the NRL, the AFL, Cricket Australia, the Big Bash League or any other league, club or player. SuperCoach is a trade mark of The Herald and Weekly Times Pty Limited. Other names belong to their owners and are used only to say what our articles are about.

Our numbers

Fantasy points, rankings and projections on the site are our own calculations and opinions. Where a scoring table or a price is unconfirmed we say so on the page. We correct errors when we find them, with a note saying what changed.

Membership

• Membership unlocks the paid articles and tools across every sport on the site while it is active.
• Before you pay we show the full price in Australian dollars including any GST, the period it covers, and whether it renews. Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and issues the receipt.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We email you before every yearly renewal with the date and the price.
• You can cancel at any time online, on the manage page of this site, in a few steps and with no need to sign in anywhere else. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
• Season passes give access until the end date shown before you buy, and do not renew.
• Founding member pricing is held for as long as the membership stays active without a break.
• Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

Changes to prices and the service

• A price change applies only from your next renewal, after we have emailed you about it, and you can cancel before it applies.
• If we stop covering a sport or remove a paid tool part way through a paid period, you can cancel and get a pro rata refund for the rest of that period.
• We change these terms only with notice, and changes that affect members apply from the next renewal.

Fair use

A membership is for one person. We may end a membership only for a real breach, such as sharing an account, abusing the site or payment fraud, and we tell you why.

Using the content

You may read, share links to and quote short parts of our articles with credit. Copying paid content or our data tables in bulk, or collecting them by automated means, needs our written permission.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under consumer law, including the guarantee that services are supplied with due care and skill.
